Abstract:
objective to investigate the changes of learning memory ability in burn rats complicated with depression, and to explore the relationship with the expression of N-methyl aspartate (NMDA) in hippocampus. Methods according to simple randomization method, 36 rats were divided into Burn group, depression group, burn complicated with depression Group, the burn complicated with depression group used 30% TBSA deep second-degree burn and chronic not predictive medium stimulation model. The escape latency of rats in each group was observed in the water maze training for 5 days, and the expression of NMDA in hippocampal CA1,CA3 and dentate gyrus was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Another 10 rats were taken as healthy control group. Results on the second day of training, the escape latency of water maze was (22±20)S in healthy control group, (38±31)S in Burn group and (41±36)S in depression group, burn complicated with depression Group (42±33)s comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01); Training to the fourth day, there were significant differences in the latent period between the burn complicated with depression group and the other three groups (P 〈 0.01). Rat Hippocampal CA1, There was no significant difference in the expression of NMDA in CA3 area among the four groups (P 〉 0.05). There were 224±23 NMDA positive cells in the dentate gyrus of the healthy control group, 219±25 in the burn group, 198±14 in the depression group, and 191±6 in the burn complicated with depression group; compared with the healthy control group, the difference between the latter two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Conclusion the learning and memory ability of burn rats complicated with depression is decreased, which may be related to the decrease of NMDA in hippocampal dentate gyrus.

Abstract:
In this study, three configurations of N-methyl aspartic acid (NMA) were used to treat hybrid pigs, and blood samples were collected at certain intervals. The growth hormone (GH) in pig serum was determined by radioimmunoassay. Content. The results showed that d,l-NMA and d-NMA could promote serum GH secretion and had a positive correlation with the dose, and the efficiency was higher at d-NMA, while l-NMA could not increase the serum GH content, that is, l-NMA can not promote the secretion of GH in hybrid pigs.

Abstract:
objective to speculate the effect of excitatory postsynaptic potentials (EPSP) activity of N-methyl-D-receptor (NMDAR) on rabbit P3 wave. Methods the competitive antagonist apΔ5 (3.125,6.25,12.5mmol/L) of NMDAR was microinjected into hippocampal CA1 and CA3 to observe the change of P3 wave potential. Results AP δ 5 prolonged the latency of P3a wave in a certain dose-dependent manner in CA1 region, and prolonged the latency of P3b wave in CA1 and CA3 in a significant dose-dependent manner, the voltage amplitude of P3b wave had no significant effect. Conclusion the activity of NMDAREPSP in CA1 region is a facilitation factor for the excitation of P3a wave related neurons, which may be an important mechanism for the regulation of P3a wave latency in hippocampus. The NMDAREPSP in CA1 and CA3 regions may contribute to the facilitation of the occurrence of P3b wave related neurons, which may affect the latency.
